Scioto River Pedestrian Suspension Bridge

INSIDE THE PROJECT
Kokosing served as the Construction Manager-General Contractor to the City of Dublin, Ohio, to construct a new pedestrian and bicycle bridge over the Scioto River. This iconic landmark connects downtown Dublin to the future Riverside Crossing Park. The bridge has four 65-foot approach spans that lead to a 500-foot long suspension span in a reverse curve. The bridge deck has a 14-foot clear width, which passes through the “keyhole” of the main tower, which is 169-feet-tall.
